The second edition of Pharma Summit 2005, CII’s flagship International Conference for the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry was held on 20 – 21 October 2005 concurrent to Chem Expo 2005 / Pharma Expo 2005 in Mumbai. The Summit provided a global perspective on key issues relevant to Indian Pharmaceutical Industry sector, with a special focus on global markets.

The Summit was inaugurated by Mr Luizinho Faleiro, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Education and Factories & Boilers, Government of Goa and was addressed by international speakers and a galaxy of eminent professionals from the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. Over 100 CMDs , MDs & CEOs alongwith 300 cross functional professionals from the Pharmaceutical Industry participated at the Summit and after active deliberations formulated some actionable points for the Pharmaceutical Industry and
the Government.
